Join us in developing the Digital Safety Standard and simplifying safety for professionals and adventurers across the globe. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who wants to own the full conversion journey and build the marketing engine that takes Twiceme to the next level.

Twiceme Technology aims to provide fewer accidents and faster aid, for all. We are on a mission to improve safety by reducing complexity before and after an accident.

Developed since 2017, we believe that helping is the most human trait of all. With us on this journey, we have over 50 brands like POC, Oakley, Studson and Lift.

We've been building our presence across North America for several years, and we're now seeing real traction with our Safety Management Portal (SMP). Scaling SMP adoption is our next big push, and this is where you come in.


THE ROLE

As Growth Marketing Manager you will own Twiceme's entire conversion funnel — from awareness to signup in our Safety Management Portal. You are analytical, fast-moving, and obsessed with outcomes. You don't wait for perfect briefs; you build, test, and improve. You will work closely with the product and sales teams, with direct impact on growth targets and full ownership of the digital marketing stack.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Funnel ownership and conversion: Own the full conversion funnel from first contact to SMP signup — identify bottlenecks and continuously improve conversion rate. Build, manage, and optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and lead nurture sequences.

Data-driven analysis: Continuously analyze campaign results, traffic, and user behavior and turn insights into concrete actions. Set up and maintain tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure across all channels.

Performance marketing and campaign execution: Plan, set up, and optimize paid and organic campaigns. Test new channels, audiences, and messaging through structured A/B testing.

Marketing calendar and channel strategy: Independently plan and prioritize activities across all relevant channels — tied to clear goals and expected impact.

Conversion-driven content: Develop and optimize content — with or without AI — with a clear purpose of driving conversion, adapted by audience and channel. Act as the main contact and briefing owner toward external partners for film, video, and creative production.

Social media: Own publishing and communication across our social media channels. Be our voice through daily presence and active participation in conversations — proactively building brand awareness and thought leadership.

Digital infrastructure and tools: Ensure the right tools and flows are in place: tracking, landing pages, automation. Actively work with new tools, including AI, to increase efficiency and output.

Tempo and delivery: Work iteratively with rapid test cycles (test–learn–optimize) and ensure continuous output and improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar conversion-focused role 
  • Proven track record of owning and improving a B2B or SaaS conversion funnel end-to-end 
  • Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar) 
  • Proficient in paid and organic channel execution — you can run a campaign, not just brief one 
  • Data fluency — comfortable in analytics platforms, building reports, and drawing actionable conclusions 
  • Strong copywriting skills — channel-native, audience-specific, conversion-oriented 
  • Active and confident social media presence in a B2B context 
  • Proficient use of AI tools to increase quality and speed across research, content, and analysis

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience working in startups or scaleups with limited team resources
  • Experience in safety tech, construction, IoT, or industrial B2B 
  • Swedish language skills
