We’re looking for a Senior Business Developer to accelerate the quickly expanding business segment Softgoods. THE ROLE

As a Senior Business Developer at Twiceme Technology you will play a key role in driving global growth by identifying, securing, and expanding strategic partnerships within industries the outdoor sports and professional protective gear industries. The role combines high-level relationship building with hands-on commercial execution: analyzing market opportunities, shaping go-to-market strategies, negotiating deals with major brands, and guiding partners through successful integration of Twiceme’s digital safety technology. You will also collaborate closely with product, marketing, and the leadership team with the aim of building a digital safety standard globally. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Identifying and qualifying new partnership opportunities
  • Leading partner outreach and negotiations
  • Driving partner onboarding and product integration
  • Working closely with technical and product teams to ensure smooth integration of Twiceme’s technology into partner products and coordinating timelines and deliverables.
  • Managing and nurturing existing partner accounts
  • Providing market insights, competitive analysis, and partner feedback to influence Twiceme’s commercial strategy, pricing, and product roadmap.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Highly relationship-oriented, able to connect with global brands in outdoor sports, workwear, PPE, and protective gear.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a scale-up environment where structure is still evolving.
  • Comfortable in making quick decisions to reach highly set goals.
  • Technically curious and able to understand how Twiceme’s digital ecosystem integrates into physical products.
  • Strategically minded yet hands-on, someone comfortable both with high-level partnership strategy and day-to-day deal execution.
  • Comfortable representing Twiceme at trade shows, brand visits, and executive-level meetings.
