We are seeking a proactive On-boarding Manager to join our team, with a focus on driving user adoption and engagement in the construction and industrial safety sectors.
Role overview:
The On-boarding Manager will be responsible for collaborating with Twiceme’s Industrial Safety customers, particularly in construction, to develop and execute effective outreach and on-boarding strategies. Your mission will be to enhance product awareness, increase adoption rates, and provide training to ensure users understand the benefits of Twiceme’s safety technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development:
- Build and implement strategies with partner brands to raise awareness and demand for Twiceme technology across their product offerings.
- Customer Outreach & Engagement:
- Collaborate with Twiceme’s Industrial Safety partners to identify existing construction company customers, creating a targeted outreach program that maximizes worker engagement and adoption rates.
- Collaborate with partners to identify key potential customer targets to increase sales and demonstrate the impact of Twiceme technology on safety and productivity.
- Independently develop outreach initiatives to contact potential Twiceme customers and share these leads with partner brands to boost Twiceme’s market reach.
- Training & Support:
- Conduct online training sessions and seminars to introduce new users to Twiceme’s technology.
- Travel as necessary to lead large group training sessions, support sales meetings, and represent Twiceme at trade shows.
